Fictional Leagues cosmetic change

Very small change again, really I love this game.

In terms of leagues with defunct/inactive teams. Could it be possible to activate them in another league or even in the same league?

An example being the Expos are clearly defunct now in the MLB, but what if in 2013 they had said let's set up the Expos in the National Baseball Association (a completely ridiculous rival MLB league I just made up now) OR if the MLB had said let's give Montreal it's baseball back. If we could just activate the old expos teams history and it's logo and all that good stuff that'd be great. (Obviously there are more teams historically than the Expos this would apply to they just came to mind)
