need help with ballpark photos

Since i'm upgraded to the latest update ,MY Ballpark Photos don't show up any more..It's only for the Major league ,the Minor League works fine.

I've tried reloaded the pictures and they still don't change ,there is a diagram picture only and it's the same for all teams. No matter what i try the picture doesn't change and the pictures I used before are all listed as the same ones I used before. Any Help would be great.. IT works the same on both my OOTP 15 on Both My computers

After further testing this does this only on my league that i used the most amybody know to fix this i've had this league since OOTP 10 it's the only one i use
