FaceGen issue, something I did....

I was cleaning up my laptop, and deleting different folders and files in various programs, and I must have deleted something in OOTP regarding the facegen files, because now, I only see the logo when I click on a player's name. Not sure how to get this back, or where I can go to get the necessary files to fix this?

Have you tried reinstalling?
