How to lock draft pools?

Is there a way to have constant draft pools throughout different careers? so for example if i was to manage a team for 20 years and then start a game and have the same draft pools over the same 20 year span? I know that u can have real draft pools for historical careers but i was wondering if you can have constant draft pools for current day franchises and into future years past 2014.

Sorry that this was so poorly worded but any help would be appreciated.

I don't believe so. I think the draft classes are randomly generated each year.

I could be wrong though.

I don't know what you mean by constant. I have the exact same number of players in the draft pool every year. That's constant but I suspect not what you mean. Please elaborate.

He means the same 240 players come into the draft in say 2015 each time he plays, then the next same group of 240 players always come in in 2016 ect.

The only way you can do that is by creating your own database, similar to the one that works for the historical game.
It is a LOT of work, but can be done, and then you would have the same players coming in each year, and you would then have the choice of having them age as per the database, or per the AI game engine if you keep development on.

Its a lot of work, but I have wanted to make a fictional DB for some time, so you never know if one will show up one day or not
