Question About Automatic Player Creation

If I have a solo league that requires rosters to be full, is there any way to turn off the game automatically creating all kinds of fictional free-agents? I would like to handle that myself if possible. I am kind of afraid that if I turn off the requirement for rosters to be full that the AI GM's will release a good number of their players.

Go to League Settings > Rules > Amateur Draft Settings > Then check the box next to 'Disable Automatic Creation of Free Agents.

Not seeing it either. Granted I am not in Preseason.

It is under Amateur Draft Settings...
Looks like you have to have the draft disabled in order to see that option of Disable Automatic Creation of Free Agents...
