FTP Issue

So, I made a DNS server on NO-IP.com to host a free FTP server for my league and then it sends all of the test files properly to the paths that I specified.

The team exports work as they should.

The league upload and download however are not working and I am not sure why.

Anyone have any idea, because I am pretty unsure. I don't see anything in the log that made it abort, it just stopped in both instances. Both of these work when I just use my IP4 Address, which I can't just use because it dynamically changes all the time.

Overly simplistic question:

You filled out the entire Online League Settings form?
In particular "League File Download Options"?

Yes, and the upload/download both work when I use the hostname ftp://IPAddress. But when I put in the host server stlb.ddns.net it gives me the messages above.

Now this server does work for the team exports. Which has me confused why that would work, and the test files work, but the league file wont.
