1997 Score card template (base set only)

I'm not all that satisfied with this one. Mostly, a quick and dirty effort to have a template for '97. I wish I could figure out how to get the text to spread across the bottom like on the originals. There needs to be a "stretch" align option, like the "shrink" one!

Anyway, here you go. Not that great, but hey, I asked somebody to do it, and nobody took up the challenge, so if you don't like it, blame other people.
