Re-branding real Major League teams in ootp

I came across this article with a Colorado Rockies rebranding concept and was very impressed with the graphics.

I have two questions; first can anyone make this for use in OOTP? I like it tenfold over the real Rockies scheme.

Second, Has anyone started a future uniforms project?
