Question about how to demote and promote players

Is there a way to demote players to triple A? Is there a way to promote players to the majors? I thought there was a way to do this but for the life of me I can not figure this out. Thank You for any help.

1. wrong forum, this should have been in the 15 discussions forum.
2. From basically whatever page your our on. you will see the left/right arrows for your team on the ride side click on that then drag the player to the ML roster. i'll post a screenshot in a bit.

Several ways;

1. Drag and drop on the rosters and transaction page
2. Right click on the player name to promote and demote via transactions
3. On the player page through available actions/transactions.

There might be others but this should suffice.
