How would you rate him? Supposedly has 70 power. What else would you give him? What've you heard?

I think from what I've read, that's a pretty fair rating of him. Like a lot of those Cuban guys (Puig, Cespedes, etc.) he's a bit of a free swinger so the low eye is ok and he has a lot of power. Supposedly every MLB team is going to be at his showcase so he's going to get a lot of attention.
