Spring Training Special Instructors

OOTP spring training is to me one of the weaker parts of a great game. To spice it up a little, what if you could hire a special instructor to bring in for a month and work with a player or group of players on improving some aspect of their game? If you had a raw young power-hitter who wasn't progressing as expected, bring in Mike Schmidt to work with him for a couple of weeks. Did your staff give up way too many free passes last year? Call in Orel Hershiser to tutor the younger pitchers. Intelligent guys with a good work ethic would have a better chance of improving their ratings. Even your regular coaches could be assigned to work with certain players or focus on specific areas. I think there's a lot of scope for making st more meaningful.
