Looking for a league

If there are any leagues out there who are looking to expand soon and have a salary cap in place please let me know.

I want to join a league that has a salary cap while starting from scratch. I love building from the bottom up.

The USBL is looking into expansion after the 2004 season. That may seem like a long time, but it's better to get the teams set and ready when we do expand, rather then to after the 2004 season, then just slop everything together. I like to get things prepared as we go along with the league, rather then to do everything at once

BBDL is expanding in 1993 (ie. at the end of the current season) and adding the Rockies and Marlins. Link is in my sig.
