Hey folks,
I haven't done much with custom league logos before, but when I set up my league, I had several in place. They work great, and of course they show up on the League Home page. Later, Honorable_Pawn created some new league logos for me. I stuck them into the html\images\league_logos folder, and restarted the game, and the game seems to have picked them up. For example, when I look in the league selection drop-down, it shows the new logos. However, if I go to the League Home page in the game, the logo doesn't appear in the top left. I just get a giant baseball. I tried going into the league settings and "Edit League Colors & Logo", but the logo doesn't appear there, just a blank. I tried loading the new logo from that screen, and still nada. Blank. I looked in the league_logos folder now, and the game has successfully created all of the different sizes of my new logo; I can see them all in the folder. Any suggestions for how I can get the logos straightened out?

Exactly, because otherwise they won't show up in that corner.

For the less technically inclined, how do you resize the images?

The main logo file? Meaning, the one that doesn't have a pixel size associated with it? Or do I need to create one with 150 in the name?

The one's I uploaded were all 300 x 300 pixels. The game may want 150 x 150 pixels.
If you don't know how to do that let me know and I will re-size them for you. |

No no, I'm cool with resizing. Just wasn't sure if the game was looking for a 150x150 pixel file called "new_world_baseball_league.png" or "new_world_baseball_league_150.png"

OOTP should be looking for the former.

I use FastStone Image Viewer which has all of the most useful and basic image editing functions. Best of all, it's free. You can see below that I am about to resize the Lexington Legends team logo from 300 x 300 pixels to 150 x 150. Easy as pie. Not hard like pi.

1. Go download a free copy of Irfanview from IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide
2. Install it 3. Load your logo (File/Open) 4. Click Image/Resize/Resample or Control-R 5. Set the new size to 150 x 150, click OK 6. Click on File/Save As and save it where you want it. And once you have resized them all they should all work.
