Redownloading Game on New Computer

Any of you guys know how to redownload the game when you've purchased a new computer. They tell you how to do it for the baseball game but not for the hockey. And, of course, support is not answering my email. Thanks!!

Thanks! Got the game now need the license key. Have asked for record from ootp but they have not responded. Any ideas for that?

You need to get that from esellerate. They will probably get back to you at some point tomorrow.

Rick (and everyone else reading this): The eSellerate after-purchase services page is the place to go to retrieve serial numbers and other sales info. It's self-serve, so you'll get what you need much faster than if you contact us.
