New to OOTP

hello! urgent help!

i recently discovered ootp and am addicted. i have a question though. when i go to the add-on central and add the 2014 all in one mod, i keep getting an error message which reads

ADDONS_DIALOG::download_file - could not download file.

Is there any way to resolve this?

It could be your Internet connection or your firewall.
