city and nickname

Any good city and nickname sets out there. I generally use generic logos to make things easier but this time I'm look for at least a few that have city and nickname

I've seen some on photobucket but they were generally smaller cities.

I'm looking for more along the lines of New York, D.C., Chicago, mostly the bigger cities.

there are 3 sets ort so for the nickname project but they are not based by city just nickname.
you could always ask us what team names go best with each city.
Chicago Fire is one of my favs. here are some more misc.
NY Empire, Cleveland Rockers, St Louis River Dogs, San Francisco Quake, LA Knights
New Orleans Voodoo, Boston Fightin' Irish, I have uniforms for these but not the time

edit: had to leave suddenly. i have all of the uniforms for the teams above many made by txranger, gern and others. i love cephasjames set and use many of his teams in a new ABF league.

Cephasjames did a Fictional MLB set that may be what you're looking for (current MLB cities, fictional names).

Several versions ago there was a great Empire logo that used, but that logo and that computer are long since history.

I have my own nicknames. I would be willing to compromise on some to get a few logos. I saw one for Las Vegas for example, It has and LV and dice, that I might use for high rollers. I saw a great Rockers logo that I'm actually going to use for Memphis. I have a great empire logo. I think somebody took the Mets skyline logo and did some serious editing.

i had the Lake Venus Gamblers in my EBL league, they are now called the Cheetahs. thought one ofg those said Gamblers on the road jersey, but i am sure someone could edit it for you.
