fictional league setup

I am looking to create about 8-10 fictional leagues and end up having a playoff involving the winners and runner-ups of each league. I know in the past this wasn't possible, is this possible with this version? I would need to manually edit how the playoffs are set every year, as the final playoffs (whatever you want to call them) might not always have the same number of teams every year. Is this doable? Let me know, thanks.

Use League Associations.Out of the Park Baseball Manual

i use this so the World Series winner of MLB plays the Clash of the Titans winner of the CBF in my EBL vs MLB universe.

League Associations. This has been possible the past few versions.
