Independant league reputation

What reputation setting have people assigned to Independent leagues?? I only have the MLB and Nippon leagues in my world...both set to 10. Will there be a difference if I set it to 8 vs 7? or 1?

This is just what I do with my leagues but I like the results...

MLB: 10
Nippon: 8 (you could go 9 if you want them to "steal" a few more MLB level guys from time to time
KBO: 7
Mexican League: 6

And then from there just keep lowering by 1 point depending on the number of leagues you have. If you keep the Euro leagues you could rate them the same level. Cuba league doesn't really matter since nobody is going in or out of that league anyway.
