2014 AIO Mod Fails to Download

I have tried to download the 2014 All in One Mod multiple times, but every time it will download between 40 and 60 percent and then say the download failed. I have tried deleting the files in the addons folder, closing the game, restarting my computer, and attempting to download again, but it still happens. Is there a way to get the AIO mod working? Not sure if this happens with other mods because I have only attempted to download the AIO.

Is there a direct download for the 2014 All-in-One Mod that I can use? Or at least some type of workaround? I have tried to download it via Add-On Central multiple times, and it fails every time.
