Licenses not available for this serial #

My desk computer hard driver crashed on friday just put a new one in, doing updates, re-install all the software, and when I download & in-stall OOTP15 and I went to in put the licenses I got this message. What's up with this.

....HELP!!!!! I did buy it, I have the e-mail conformation + serial #.

This means all your licenses have been used, you probably forgot to free a license before uninstalling.

Please contact support@esellerate.net with your license #, they can re-issue licenses for you.

Couldn't free the license bc when I turn my system on on friday I had no hard drive, it was gone.
