Rule Changes due to OOTP5

What, if any, rule/constitution changes are you planning for your online leagues that are making the transition from v4 to v5?

I can imagine that there would be some major changes regarding free agency, spring training, and the minor leagues. After I mess around with OOTP5, I will make my judgements on what to change and what to keep
