Go to Game Settings then Player/Facegen. Make sure the checkbox for Load Player Pictures Automatically is checked and the Photofit/FaceGen Pictures is unchecked. Then clock on Update/Generate Player PIctures. It will take a while depending on how many players you have in your game but this should apply all the real pictures to your players.

Thanks osbl....also click the File tab and select settings. When it opens click the 3D/Facegen tab and set the picture search mode to search for photo first. Exit and restart ootp.

All that being said, the photos and logos show up fine in the game. But when I update my website, the logos and player pictures don't show up.

Teams

I spent all night uploading every player, picture, and logo in the game plus all the files that the game spits out. I uploaded the reports to an archive on the website then unpacked them manually like it suggested in this thread:

http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...howing-up.html

But still nothing. The only thing I didn't do was check the HTML files before I uploaded them. What do I do if the HTML files aren't right?

Man...it's been 15 years since I've worked with html so I could be totally wrong on this...but looking at your code, it looks like your images aren't linked to your web's images folder if you have one..
It looks like all your links to the images are missing this :url( in the code. Images that show have it and ones that don't show, don't have it.
It looks to me like all image links are pointing to your harddrive not your website folder..
Again website code has changed alot since I used it so I could be totally wrong..

Really? How would I fix that? Upload those images to the website?

Yep, that's my best guess. As I've said it's been a long time since I've done a website..much is different now, I always uploaded images to the site in an images folder and linked to it in the html.

How would I link to them in the HTML? Shouldn't the game do that when it generates the code for the pictures? I guess, maybe once the pictures are uploaded, then it searches for them on the website rather than my hard drive?

I checked the HTML files and the pictures all appear there so I'm at a loss as to why they don't show up on the website. All the player photos are uploaded to the website so shouldn't the game point to those now?
