Overhaul of Type-A and Type-B Free Agent System

I am tired of guys like this:

Becoming type-A free agents:

Could we get the new CBA free agent system? This is getting annoying, I hate having to surrender a first round pick for someone to help my team, and receive 3rd round picks, the should be a top priority along with a league editor

Honestly, I'd say things like a new icon design are more important than this.

Maybe there is a workaround, using the editor to reduce the days of service to some lower number that won't trigger the A or B penalty?
