OOTP Data Files

I'm very interested in working with SQL files that could be exported from OOTP, but there seems to be no way to get the SQL for an online league unless you're the commissioner.

There's a few tools floating around that people have created themselves to work with unique league structures (relegation format, for example), and show player stats across leagues, but they are all creative hacks - scraping data from exported HTML, scraping the almanac, etc.

Is there any way to get some of the raw data exported from OOTP in online leagues besides being a commissioner, exporting the SQL with all the hidden details, and using OOTP:OU?

OOTP:OU is super - but not all online leagues have a commissioner that's ready to set up and use it.

For a baseball game with so much depth, it'd be great to be able to add some more depth with additional tools - I'd be more than willing to share such tools for other online leagues if and when I could create them, but right now, I'm stuck at the beginning.

How do I make an official feature request for this? I've posted this type of request more than once, and no idea if the game developers think this is a great idea, ok idea but no time to implement, or never gonna happen.

I'm a really big fan of OOTP, playing in numerous online leagues, and would like to help contribute back to the community with some additional tools.
