We need a "generate stats from ratings" button in the editor

So when I go into the editor, it's pretty common to see the "resulting stats" line at all zeroes. In 14, it wasn't a big deal ... I'd just exit the editor, and then go back, and 9 times out of ten the stat line would be calculated for me. in 15, the zeroes are very common and the problem seems to persist. Exit and re-enter the screen, advance a day, close and reopen the game ... and there's still all zeroes.

A (seemingly, to me) easy fix would be to put in a "create stats based on ratings" button. Yes, I know it's supposed to do that automatically ... but it doesn't. A button would help out when the system gets gummy.

I think the "Resulting Stats" calculation is not working in the latest patch. It was working in the initial release IIRC, and I believe it has been reported in the bug thread. What I would like to see is an option to have the "Resulting Stats" based on the Overall (i.e., current) ratings OR based on the potential ratings. That way, you can get a glimpse into the future as to what a prospect's potential stats could be. I know it's kinda cheating, but still interesting.

1) Yes, this has been addressed as a bug and will likely be fixed next patch.

2) Great idea.

3) It's a single-player game; it's only cheating if you consider it cheating. Either way, it's incredibly useful if you're trying to create young players for a custom universe.
