Middle of season disaster
About half way of the season in a new league most teams realesed all their players. Very annoying. Why?

It could be very well be a bug. Also, if you set some abnormal financials the problem could occur as a way for the AI to compensate. Is there an age limit?

The age limits are 17-45. The financials are set for 1985 but te historical year says 1967. Ahoukd they match?

They don't need to match because all they do is set financials, some of the the player creation modifiers and some of the rules. There is a command in the league set up that will do exactly what your league did; release every player. If you were tinkering with league setting you may have done it accidently. Just an idea.

If the financials are 1985 but the historical year is 1967, perhaps that's the problem.
But releasing players won't actually save a team money unless the reserve clause is in play, they'd have to pay the full contract immediately... |

Im just guessing but could the teams be releasing players right after the draft? If the teams is over the roster limits maybe they are releasing players to sign draftees. Depending on how your draft and minor roster limits is set to.

Should be. My draft is in March. I think I did this way back in v6 due to some issues.
