Is 4/18 Now Official?

Is it official the pre-order release date will be Friday, 4/18?

Some of us need to put in to take the day off work!

They have a Madden-oliday, how about an OOPT-oliday?

Does anyone have a sense of generally what time during the day it is released for download?
