So, I bought the game a while ago, supported it on Steam, etc. I only just got around to playing it. I started in the ECHL with the Florida Everblades, spent some time tweaking the roster, signed a couple guys, made a trade, personnel changes etc. 2 games into the Regular Season I am stopped by, "Your payroll is below the salary floor". um ok...So I go to try and sign a guy for like 13K and I get, "This contract demand exceeds your budget".


I appears I can do nothing but re-start?

Yeah, the ECHL cap totals are being calculated incorrectly right now - players loaned by teams at higher level are getting counted as a $0 cap hit. So, if a team has a lot of loaned players (and Florida, with affiliations with Tampa and Carolina, as well as Syracuse and Charlotte of the AHL, gets a bunch), they can wind up in a position where their small salary budget is used up but they're nowhere near the cap. In the patch, that'll be fixed so the loaned players correctly get a cap hit equal to the league minimum salary ($13,125.)
