Database Problem

Ok I want to import old teams, found database file but when I open it There is No History cvs or anything like that..
UGH!!!!!!
HELP PLEASE!!

Ok went to my docs and ootp and found stats and the History odb and master cvs but it does nothing.. When I click on them it says it needs to go to the web for an opener..
I have windows 7 I bet that's the problem

Ok,, When I make a league, and I delete the teams in the league, HOW or WHERE do I find the old teams I want (75 reds,86 mets an so on..) ?
