2 questions - scouting and minors
I do not like online leagues that use scouting but sometimes the other features are good enough that I will join a scouting league. I just noticed a real good league that has vacancies and it has Scouting but it is 100% accuracy. My question is - is scouting with 100% accuracy the same as in effect a no scouting league since it sounds as if everyone is seeing the same info on a player?
My other question is this When I join an online league my procedure has always been to clean up the minors and release players with very low ratings. however often I notice other teams have tons of players in the minors. I am wondering if by keeping all the players you have a chance of a lo-ranked player all of a sudden achieving much higher ratings. |

1. Yes, 100% scouting means 100% accuracy.
2. You're welcome to cut scrubs if you want to. OOTP can't handle more than ~200 players on a rookie league team without glitching, so you'd have to cut them eventually if your league has a large draft. |
