Will the game ever model building and maintaining stadiums? I know that's exactly a GM's role but maintenance certainly factors into finances and I really would enjoy adding that aspect, heck adding an owner mode would be pretty darn cool to though I'm not sure what it would really change

Adding seat and stuff like that or just building a new stadium.
