I am having issues with OOTP 14 running on my Microsoft Surface Pro. I have Windows 8 running, the game will load and them crash. When I run in safe mode, This mode the game works. Please advise how I can fix.

I think that you should read this forum and follow the instructions for submitting a help ticket.

If this is incorrect, hopefully someone will give you the correct answer, but didn't want to leave you hanging out to dry.
