The organization overview screen

In this screen there is room for 9 views. In my current game I only have 7 views with room for 2 more, but I can't figure out how to open the other 2 screens. I'd like to have besides ML roster and 4 minor league rosters, 40 man roster and disabled list, I'd like to have the DFA all open at once. How can open up this view so I have all 9 at once? (In other games I know I've had 9 views open at once, but I don't know how I did it.)

Probably this setting needs to be adjusted to match your actual monitor size:

My graphics setting is not the problem because I have other leagues started that have 9 views open at once. A league started with the MLB quickstart has 9 views. A league started with the ABA quickstart has only 8 views.

Have you tried clicking the factory reset button on your monitor?

It is determined by the number of minor league levels AFAIK.
