GM jobs

I have a question about GM jobs. If i choose a Job in the QMJHL league is it possible to have in the "available jobs section" an offer from the American league or the NHL over the course of my career?

I believe so. At first you might not have a big enough "reputation" for NHL teams to consider you. But if you do a good job with smaller teams you could get some offers from bigger leagues.
