New to PC and have question

Hello im new to OOTP on the PC, been playing on the iOOTP. Well ive played some on the pc and its awesome but i look at the webcast screen picture on the front page of the OOTP website of the actual field dimensions and i cant seem to find out how to do that. The screen that i see is a picture of a stadium (as im looking form the box seats or something) and i would like to have the overhead view of the field dimension. How do I do this?

I have been playing this game a long time and still find myself getting "lost" and forgetting where something is.
