Squaring Up "Experience" With "Pro Years"

This is a minor thing, admittedly, but it is kind of weird when you start up a new fictional league and the guys already come with experience, even in the 1800s when the game was really young.

Here's an example in my league. I started this league a couple seasons ago as a professional unaffiliated minor league with financials, and you can see everyone has no ML Yrs, ML Days, Sec Yrs or Days (whatever that is), or even pro years even though they've been playing in this pro league. Yet, the "experience" level ranges from 3 to 13:

Is there a practical reason for this? If not, maybe we could square that up somehow in 15?

You can erase the service time of all players. The only problem I have with this is for modern leagues then these players all start to make major $$ all at the same time and it destroys team finances. For an early league especially with reseve clause it may not be an issue.

There's no practical reason that I know of.

This has been brought up on the beta forums a few times but, for whatever reason, seems that it's never been addressed.

Hopefully Markus will do so in 15.
