Foreign Leagues

What amateur draft and international free agent settings do you use in your foreign based league? I have an Australia league and I'm having difficulty having 50% of the players coming out of Australia. I only want players from Australia in the draft.

What you need to do is to control Player Origin by going to Game Setup/Options, then selecting Edit under Default Player origin.

Make sure you set Percentage of random nationality, at the bottom of the dialog box, to 0.00 as well.

I have done that. Balancing the right number is more more problem.

I don't understand how setting player origin to 100% Australia can get you players from anywhere but Australia, unless I'm missing something in what you're looking for?

100% for the draft. Various nations for international free agents.

you have to do the math. find out how many players in a basic league would be added to your league a year (int amateur + establish int. + draft + (amateur scout finds * amount of teams) and then you get the total number of players being added to your league each year. divide by 2. that's how many players should be coming from your draft and set your draft accordingly to get that number. then adjust all the international free agent values to fill in the other half. (best done by int amateur scout finds per team). I just dont remember the max values of those options which may make this difficult if they aren't high enough.

Were you able to correctly implement this?
