I found some little adjustment you might be able to do if it does not take too long to do.

1 - Not the real staff in the historical mode.

2 - The team does not dismiss their own: DG , Coach, assist

3 - You can not change the use of the personal: a coach assistant coach.

4 - No healer ? better healer less time the players take to be recovered

5 - Poorly listed in the draft players

Historical mode after a few season crash program and nothing to do

Transaction history? In the player's and teams. Now we know the year then it disappears.

Players who have a no-trade clause, one could know with which team he wants to be traded.

I'm sure it's on the list! But to me and to a lot of users, it can wait for now.
