Cant figure out how to transfer league from V13 to 14

I have tried using instructions but no luck. Can someone explain in idiot terms how to transfer a league and history from V13 to v14?

Go into OOTP 14. There should be an option on the main screen that says "Import OOTP 13 league" (or something close to that). Click it, then when the directories pop up, go the your league folder which should be (unless yours is customized) in Document>Out of the Park Developments>OOTP 13>savedgame.lg. In that saved game folder should be a file called world.dat. Select that and click "ok". It should import it by itself and that's it!
