Requesting refund

I'm not going to do what others have and make this thread a list of complaints I have with the game. Instead, I'm just interested in finding out how I'd go about getting a refund. I'm not happy with the game as it is and I don't fancy waiting weeks/months before it's playable to my satisfaction.

well, it seems like the OP has read enough threads with complaints in them, wouldn't you think he saw some of the many that requested refunds too and therefore not have to create a new one?

Guy asked for a refund and was given the info he required. The other posts were unnecessary. Too much sniping at people in this forum

wasn't sniping at anyone, just posting an observation of someone who obviously has been following the boards enough to read the threads with complaints in them, yet somehow missed the plethora of refund request threads.

The same info was provided in the other threads, hence less the need to create this one.

How do you reckon he has been following the boards, this was his first post in this forums...and you mean by servicing paid customer should not be helped as similar customer who paid got helped already? this kind of sniping that has been going on for every guy who asks for a refund just make sure they won't be coming back for FHM2 or 3, is not helping much to be hostile to the guys who are entitled to their refund, they could support the Devs down the road but if you run them out of town from the forums, you think they will come back?

How is this sniping? If he's gone through the other threads where people have asked for refunds, he knows full well how to request one.

Making another thread is just as disruptive as arguing whether it's necessary or arguing whether that observation is sniping.

Dont think Penfold was having a go at traveler99's post but the others who hadn't noticed this was the OP's first post and maybe hadn't read other posts about asking for a refund.

For a forum with mostly adult members there is a hell of a lot of unnecessary sniping.

Yeah, I didn't notice it was his first post. I noticed what his first post clearly stated, that he didn't want to post complaints like the others which implies he's at least been reading the forums.

Man, some of you people need to obviously wear some hockey pads when reading the forums.

Guys, please send me the order ID with your PM or email if you request a refund. I need to find the record in the database and the order ID is obviously helpful.
PLEASE think twice before you request the refund: we need the money to develop the games and to improve them. And we're working on further patches all the time.
Also please note that we offer a 14 days money back guarantee. For those who pre-ordered the beta, the 14 days started to count on release day. So the money-back period ends soon.
Thank you for understanding.
