Requesting refund
I'm not going to do what others have and make this thread a list of complaints I have with the game. Instead, I'm just interested in finding out how I'd go about getting a refund. I'm not happy with the game as it is and I don't fancy waiting weeks/months before it's playable to my satisfaction.

well, it seems like the OP has read enough threads with complaints in them, wouldn't you think he saw some of the many that requested refunds too and therefore not have to create a new one?

Guy asked for a refund and was given the info he required. The other posts were unnecessary. Too much sniping at people in this forum

The same info was provided in the other threads, hence less the need to create this one.

Making another thread is just as disruptive as arguing whether it's necessary or arguing whether that observation is sniping. |

Dont think Penfold was having a go at traveler99's post but the others who hadn't noticed this was the OP's first post and maybe hadn't read other posts about asking for a refund.
For a forum with mostly adult members there is a hell of a lot of unnecessary sniping. |

Man, some of you people need to obviously wear some hockey pads when reading the forums.

Guys, please send me the order ID with your PM or email if you request a refund. I need to find the record in the database and the order ID is obviously helpful.
PLEASE think twice before you request the refund: we need the money to develop the games and to improve them. And we're working on further patches all the time. Also please note that we offer a 14 days money back guarantee. For those who pre-ordered the beta, the 14 days started to count on release day. So the money-back period ends soon. Thank you for understanding. Last edited by Andreas Raht; 09-16-2013 at 04:13 PM. |
