Can we finally have players and staff die of old age and not have 150 year old managers or 100 year old babe Ruth batting clean-up

My suggestion would be to just remove age from a player's profile when they retire from the game all together (so they are no longer coaching).

Or at the very least, lock their facegens so that they don't LOOK 150 years old.
