Transfer Universes from 1 PC to Another

I have 2 Computers that I have the game on... one is a windows and one is a mac.. if im mainly playing on the windows computer is there a way I can move the universe to the mac and all the updated records of the fighers will show... how can this be done..? what files do i need to send from the windows to the mac?

Go to \Documents\tbcb2013\saved_games

Zip your saved universe and transfer it over.

Hopefully that will do the trick.
