Spot Starters in OOTP13, but not 14

Is there anyway to add back the "spot starter" feature that gives a bullpen pitcher X percentage # of starts in the last spot in the rotation?

I liked that feature.

"Emergency SP" is the new spot starter. It's a much more realistic implementation of the concept.

when I am simming out entire seasons, I like to see a guy in the pen get 10 or so starts, he gets zero if no injuries now

realistic for modern 21st century baseball, not releastic pre golden age of baseball

Set "Use starters in relief" to yes and "Always use highest rested starter". Then make your spot starter the #5 or 6 starter. That'll get you to where you are trying to go.

Just asking because I'm curious. You do have era specific strategy settings set?

This posters setting is the setting I use. Doesn't work. Now I have to manually change the starters at different intervals so that nearly every starter doesn't have the same amount of starts.

I hate the new system, miss the old one. What would be so hard as to just add the spot starter back to the equation?
