Injury Recovery Time, Setback & Speedy?

I haven't seen it, but is there a storyline where a player recovers faster then expected? The ying to the 'set-back' yang?

I'm not sure if there is, but there should be really.

There isn't one. By the by, the setbacks are not storylines. They're part of the injury system.

I also should add that I'm playing as the Brewers and Braun has only 148 AB through Aug 14th, and will still be out another 3 weeks...
