Is the only benefit of playing in GM Only Mode that the Manger of the team gets Manager of the year and not player? Has what is act as GM Only been written down yet?

In the online manual you do not see an entry for what the GM mode is and does.

Parts of the manual have no been updated properly. It is missing stuff concerning the home & away jerseys also.
