My, No Really, 1st Perfect Game!!!

I finally achieved baseball immortality with pitching my 1st Perfect Game. I was the one pitching, in most of my leagues I am a RF. It is also the 1st no hitter in the ABF in 6 seasons. It is also my 1st no hitter/PG since OOTP 12. None on 13 in any league for a member of my team. I had 3 (2PG 1 NH) on 12 with members of the Endor City Capitals. In the ABF I am only playing games in which I pitch. I am a 4 time POTY winner.

They beat me out in the Wildcard lat year to win the ABF World Series. My best games seem to come against them though.

well done .... the best I could do is a one hitter GRRR lucky you LOL. I have done the same thing by putting yourself in the game as well. Only I am a centerfielder mainly although I use the same positions I used to play back in High school and various leagues as I got older.

Probaly didn't want to give his real name out, I use my first real name but use a made up surname in online leagues and such.

Not had a perfect game yet, it actually worries me as I'm not sure I'd feel the same about the game. I mean what is there to aim for after perfection?

I've never had a no hitter either for or against me in games I've played out. I had one of my pitchers throw a 3 hit shutout in a playoff game only to get upstaged by another guy throwing a no hitter in the other series on the same day lol. I've also (ages ago) had a pitcher throw a 1 hit shutout and go 4-4 with the bat.

I like how he WAIVED to the crowd before leaving the field.

I wonder if the crowd would have cheered louder had he WAVED to them instead.

Thanx I missed 1-2 after 1st putting it up also. Ya normally I dont mind leaving it as is, but I no longer trust people like JJM not to put personal info out here on the boards.

Since playing 14 my teams have seen 4 no hitters / Perfect games. The 2 leagues I play have seen 7 this being the only one in this league. As I said none at the ML level for any league on 13. Several for minor leagues.

Ah forget it I give up. As long as no one takes adantage of it it's no big deal, besides I did not edit my name out in another thread for another team.

unedited versions. VanillaGorilla gave me the chills. He had PMed me asking me if I had changed my name from a former Wheaton College Alumni of Todd Beamer of Flight 93 "Let's Roll" fame. Since my name is so close to his I have honored him every September 11th since 2002. I went to Shanksville in 2010. Jody Gerut is also on my team in this screenshot.
