Any idea what the + - o symbols mean on team home screen?

I don't see it in any of my other leagues and don't see any preseason predictions correlations.

So what do the pluses, minuses, and ohs mean?

It appears to be the same format as power rankings.

Yep, they correlate to the power rankings. Still not sure what they mean in the rankings, though.

It signifies the change from the prior rankings.
