Very slow with Windows 8 Tablet PC

I have recently purchased a Samsung ATIV windows 8 PC. I purchased OOTP14 and it is very slow. When I Simmons day of a regular season schedule it takes about 45 seconds to get through the sim and I get "Not responding" just about every time. Also when I shop a player, it takes about three minutes to get to 100 percent and get the Not Responding every time.

Does anyone know what I could do to speed up the game? I did load 13 and it is a little faster but not much. Below are my computer specs.

Windows 8 Pro 32 Bit
Intel Agony Z2760 @ 1.80GHz
2 gig RAM

I know the Atom processor and the 2Gig of ram is not much but I didn't think the game had much in the way of minimum requirements.

I don't think OOTP is tablet compatible except for iOOTP for iPads. But maybe someone else has more certain information.

It is the processor. OOTP 14 recommends a Dual Core 2 GHz,
