more control over bullpen roles

When setting up your bullpen, it would be nice to have a drop-down menu that gives you a few parameters to set up your bullpen. You could have "Historical," which would be just listing the bullpen arms in order of frequency of use but not defining specific roles. Then "Stopper," which would be to define one or two "stoppers" that can pitch multiple innings in the mid to late game and some mop-up men. (actually, those two options wouldn't be all that different.) And then you would have "Modern" in which you would have closer, set-up men, LOOGYs, etc. Maybe more options, maybe better names. But it would be nice to be able to access all those options within the team pitching screen rather than having to set it globally across all teams via the "Use or Relievers" frequency in game setup.
