importing new photos

Hello, just purchased 2014 today and had a question about inputting real photos of players who are missed in the all-in-one mod. I see that the photos are in .png and I downloaded a .jpg for my player from the mlb team website. I then saved it as a .png, however, it still does not appear like all the other photos. I seem to have missed a step. When I import the photo from the player's card in the game it just displays the photo how windows shows it, with the background and everything. All the other photos are much more crisp and the photo is superimposed over the game background. How can I get any new photos I bring in to look the same?

I do those photos. Get them from ESPN (Those are already png) if they're available..Search the players name if they are not on an mlb roster..sometimes you can get them that way. If not then you have to use a graphics program to remove the background from the MLB's jpg photos and then convert it to png (just changing jpg to png won't work).
The size to use is 170x255.
If you're not sure how to do it, you can post the jpg pics in my post in the mods section and I'll do it for you.
